SATA products undergo stringent quality control tests before leaving the factory
Each slide has a motor running test and a video record
But the customer has a harsh noise after installing the motor
Most are resonances generated by motors
The solution is as follows
Use status confirmation:

(1). The servo motor gain is too high, you can lower the gain value appropriately to see if there is a noticeable improvement.
(2). Turn on the filter function of the servo motor and adjust it to suppress resonance.

The resonance problem occurs most frequently. The simplest verification is to remove the motor and push the slider directly with your hand to see if there is any abnormal noise.If there is still an abnormal noise, please report to the SATA technician.
